Start your day with an invigorating Ashtanga yoga session focused on self-care and body alignment.
9;30 am:​ Vibrant Vegan Breakfast Prepared by Nikita
10:30am:​ Morning Nutrition and Cooking Theory Workshop
11:30am: Tea Break
12.00am: Group Cooking Class, Learn to prepare a meal from scratch in an hands on class designed for all levels of ability.
1.30pm: Lunch And Nature Time
3pm: Afternoon Technical Skills Workshop, Here you will learn how to elevate your culinary skills, your understanding of flavour and your ability to master difficult ingredients and processes.
4:30pm: Afternoon Reflections, a moment to reflect on what we have learnt.
5pm: Yin Yoga lead by Rahel
6:30pm: Nourishing Ayurvedic Dinner, prepared by Nikita
7:30pm: Evening Activity, a time where we will be taking you through various healing ceremonies and rituals, from a cacao ceremony, to an evening in the sauna, we aim to balance all the learning with lots of relaxing.​
