This recipe bundle has been in the making for some time as I have been developing desserts that don't aggravate my IBS symptoms. Most gluten-free desserts are mostly sugar which can be one of the worst triggers for me. So finding ways to create yummy vegan, gluten-free, minimal sugar desserts, has been quite a journey.
